These Terms govern your use of americanroofconnect.com (the "Site"), operated by American Roof Connect ("we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. What We Do

American Roof Connect is a free marketing and referral service that connects homeowners with independent roofing contractors and home improvement companies ("Partners"). We are not a roofing contractor, lender, broker, or government agency. We do not perform roofing work, inspect roofs, issue estimates, or extend credit. Any contract for roofing services or financing is solely between you and the Partner.

2. "$0 Upfront" and Eligibility Language

References on the Site to "$0 upfront," "$0 down," "pre-qualify," "eligibility," or "enrollment" describe financing programs and promotional offers made available by independent Partners and their lending affiliates. Such programs are subject to credit approval, property and location requirements, and each Partner's own terms. Nothing on the Site is a free roof, a grant, a government program, or a guarantee that you will be approved or that any particular price, rate, or payment will be offered. Completing our form indicates only that your responses match the general criteria used by our Partners and does not constitute approval.

3. Your Responsibilities

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you submit is accurate and belongs to you, and that you are authorized to provide the phone number and email address you enter. You agree not to submit information on behalf of another person without their permission, to use automated means to access the Site, or to interfere with its operation.

4. Consent to Contact

By submitting the form you consent to be contacted by us and our Partners as described in the consent language displayed on the form and in our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Compensation Disclosure

We are compensated by Partners for referrals generated through the Site. This compensation may influence which Partners receive your information. Partners are independent businesses and we do not endorse or guarantee their work, pricing, or financing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and our service are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or that any Partner will contact you, offer you service, or approve you for financing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, American Roof Connect will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any dispute between you and a Partner, arising out of your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to American Roof Connect and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law.
