American Roof Connect ("we," "us," or "our") operates americanroofconnect.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices you have.

Information you provide. When you complete our eligibility form we collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, zip code, and your answers to questions about your home (such as ownership status, roof type, project timeline, and estimated credit range).
Information collected automatically. We and our service providers automatically collect your IP address, approximate geographic location derived from your IP address, browser and device information, referring URL, pages viewed, and interactions with the form. We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies, including Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta (Facebook) pixels, to measure advertising performance.
Consent verification. To document your consent to be contacted, we may use third-party services such as TrustedForm (ActiveProspect) and Jornaya, which record a certificate of the form session, including a visual replay of the page, the consent language shown, and a timestamp.
2. How We Use Information
- To match your request with roofing contractors and home improvement companies serving your area.
- To transmit your information to those companies so they can contact you about roof replacement and financing options.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site and measure advertising.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
3. How We Share Information
We are a lead generation service. When you submit the form, we sell or share your information with one or more independent roofing contractors, home improvement companies, lead buyers, and their lending partners (our "Partners") who may contact you by phone, text message, and email. Our current Partner list is available on the Site. We also share information with service providers that help us operate the Site (hosting, analytics, consent verification) and as required by law or in connection with a business transfer.
4. Communications and TCPA Consent
By submitting your phone number and clicking the submit button, you provide your express written consent to receive marketing calls and text messages from us and our Partners at that number, including through automatic telephone dialing systems, artificial or pre-recorded voice, and SMS, even if the number is on a federal, state, or internal Do Not Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking the caller to stop, or contacting us at the address below.
5. Your Privacy Rights (California and Other States)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, or to exercise any other right, email privacy@americanroofconnect.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your request using the contact information you provided on the Site. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Categories of personal information we have sold or shared in the preceding 12 months: identifiers (name, email, phone, address, IP address), commercial information (home and project details), and internet activity (form interactions). We do not knowingly sell the personal information of consumers under 16.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain lead records and consent certificates for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes above and to demonstrate compliance with applicable law, typically up to five years. We use industry-standard safeguards including TLS encryption in transit, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Children
The Site is intended for adults who own their home. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the latest version.
